At Laguna Merch Co., every item is custom-printed just for you when you place your order. Because of this, please allow additional time for your order to be produced before it ships.
Production Time: Most orders take 2–5 business days to produce before they are handed off to the carrier. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times (after production):
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, a US order could take up to 10 business days from order placement to delivery.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
