Refund policy

Because Three Arch Merch is a community-driven project and every item is custom-printed exactly when you order it, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or a change of mind. All standard sales are final. Please double-check the sizing charts on each product page before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for reshipment costs. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
