About us

It all started with a simple thought while sitting on the sand with my kiddos: How cool would it be to have a Three Arch Bay beach towel? That one idea snowballed into this whole idea to up the TAB merch game. As a proud resident of TAB, I wanted to give us a way to wear our local pride while giving back, which is why 15% of all sales are donated to the Three Arch Association for the return of our 4th of July fireworks in 2027!

I’ll be the first to admit: this is my very first attempt at doing anything like this. It’s completely out of my wheelhouse, in my spare time, so please go easy on me! I am always open to new ideas, designs, and suggestions from the neighborhood.

Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Because Three Arch Merch is a community-driven project and every item is custom-printed exactly when you order it, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or a change of mind. To make sure your gear fits perfectly, please double-check the sizing charts linked on every product page before placing your order!

In the future if this gains traction and we adjust suppliers, and carry inventory we will gladly be accept returns and exchanges!

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your merch! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order with:

A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
Your order number

We will happily arrange for a free replacement to be sent your way.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on these items because they are print on demand to start this project off. All sales are final. If you order the wrong size gift it to a neighbor!

When will I get my order?

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Expect 7-14 days. So plan your gifts accordingly!

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Plus it is my first time ever desining merch or doing ecommerace store. In the future if we get big enough demand maybe we will carry inventory and get it to you quicker!

I will be ordering hats and will carry inventory of those and maybe even hand deliver them!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
