Because Three Arch Merch is a community-driven project and every item is custom-printed exactly when you order it, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or a change of mind. All standard sales are final.

To make sure your gear fits perfectly, please double-check the sizing charts linked on every product page before placing your order!

If this project takes off and we start carrying inventory, then we will be adjusting our polices accordingly. 

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your merch! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • Your order number

We will happily arrange for a free replacement to be sent your way.

Address Errors & Lost Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for reshipment costs. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase!
